Ladies Only “Spring” Strength Training Classes
The new Spring session of classes is starting soon and there has never been a better opportunity to get toned and fit for summer fun. The Spring session of classes is for Ladies Only, is small group training and includes the use of a multitude of equipment (i.e. dumbbells, stability balls, medicine balls, resistance bands, stability pads, Equalizer bars, the Buddy System, skipping ropes, rope ladders, mats, etc.)
Classes will be held MONDAYS, 7-8 p.m. at my HOME STUDIO for 8 weeks.
