Christmas is only a short while away and then it will be time to get back to your fitness routine.  Here's how you can plan your recovery from Christmas excess.

 Make a committment to yourself, your health and your fitness schedule.  Need to shed a few Holiday pounds? ... Let's get started....

PHAT's Winter Class Schedule will provide you with all that you need.
 
Small group personal training with weights accommodates both Beginners and Advanced individuals alike with afternoon and evening class times to suit everyone's schedules.

All Classes are 3-8 participants in size and are held in PHAT's in-home studio in the Eastbridge area of Waterloo.
NOW THAT'S SMALL GROUP TRAINING !!!

Here's a summary of the days and times the various classes are being offered...

*1.  2 Day Basic Workout (Mom & Babies, Seniors Welcome) - M,W,  12:10-12:50 p.m.
2.  Beginners Resistance Training - M,W  5:30-6:30 p.m., Fri. 5:00-6:00 p.m.
3.  Advanced Resistance Training - M,W  7:00-8:00 p.m.



All Classes are $19 (+HST) each.  So count up your classes and purchase as many or as few as you wish.*  All classes must have a minimum of 3 participants to run.  Workout once, twice or three times every week, from Jan. 9 until Mar. 30 with various days and times to choose from (scroll down to see schedule).



All classes are held in the Eastbridge area of Waterloo (near Bridge and Northfield). 

* Both days of the "2 Day/Week Basic Workout" must be purchased.
