About Me

I know how hard it can be to implement new and effective eating and exercise habits into your lifestyle. I gained and lost 100 pounds three times in my life. I started my change simply by walking each and every day.
After a while, I added strength training to my workouts. That led me to a career in Personal Training where I now teach others which how to add strength and muscle toning to their fitness regime. Nothing quite tops the feeling of accomplishment and self-esteem you get when you look in the mirror and see how toned your arms, legs, abs and shoulders have become... all as a result of your hard work. It's fantastic! That was 10 years ago and I've still managed to keep the weight off.
Bottom line, I know what it takes to transform your body, lose excess weight and achieve a toned and healthy body. And most importantly, keep the weight off.
