Canfitpro's First Aid Training (Emergency or Standard) is approved and recognized by Provincial Regulators ad Agencies, Health Canada, Transport Canada, Human Resources & Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) and the ILCOR 2010 CPR Consensus.

As a PRO Trainer Instructor for Canfitpro, I am ready to deliver any of these courses to you, your family and friends or employees.  I am able to come to your place of home or work and provide you an informative and fun experience for less than local competitors (St. John's Ambulance and Red Cross).  When you need to get your certification annually, it matters that the job is done as cost effectively as possible.

RESISTANCE TRAINING, SMALL GROUP, PERSONAL TRAINING

View PHAT's line up of Spring classes and reserve your spot today! 
Small group personal training with weights accommodates both Beginners and Advanced individuals alike with late afternoon and evening class times to suit everyone's schedules.
(see the schedule of classes at the bottom of the "Classes" page).

All Classes are 2-8 participants in size and are held in PHAT's in-home studio in the Eastbridge area of Waterloo.

NOW THAT'S SMALL GROUP TRAINING !!!

Here is a summary of the days and times the various classes are being offered...

1.  50+ Strength Training Workout - M,W 5:30-6:30 p.m., Fri 5:00-6:00 p.m.

2. Under 50 Strength Training Workout - M,W 7:00-8:00 p.m.



All Classes are $20 (+HST) each.  Count up your classes and purchase as many or as few as you wish. Best results are achieved with a minimum of 2 workouts per week. All classes must have a minmum of 2 participants to run. Workout once, twice or three times every week, from Apr. 3 to Jun. 26 with various days and times to choose from (go to the bottom of the "Classes" page to see schedule).



All classes are held in the Eastbridge area of Waterloo (near Bridge and Northfield).
