PHAT Weight Loss and Personal Training is dedicated to helping people lose weight and exercise.  There are no magic pills, pre-packaged foods or strict formulas to follow.  You will come to know all about the foods you are eating and how your body handles them.  You will want to continue to eat well because you can see the positive changes in your body and know that they are a direct result of your efforts.  

Yes, it will take some work on your part.  I can't do it for you.  You have to want to lose your excess weight and start a better life for yourself.  With your will and my help, your weight loss is virtually guaranteed.

NEW Fall Fitness/Resistance Classes

The new session of Fall Fitness Classes is starting Sept. 13 and will run until Dec. 23.

We've doubled the number of classes to give you more choice than ever before. 

Option #1   70% Full
Twice Weekly Workouts - Mondays and Wednesdays
Mon. 7-8 p.m., Wed. 6:30-7:30 or 7:35-8:35
25 classes in total
$450 (+tax)

Option #2
Twice Weekly Workouts - Tuesdays and Thursdays
6-7 p.m.
26 classes in total
$468 (+tax)

Option #3
Once Weekly Workouts - Any Day
Mondays (7-8) - 12 Classes - $222 (+tax) 70% FULL
Tuesdays (6-7), Wednesdays* or Thursdays (6-7) - 13 Classes - $240.50 (+tax)

Add a Protein Shake at the end of your Workout for only $2.50 more per class.  
 
Each protein shake includes top quality whey isolate protein powder mixed with skim milk, frozen bananas, strawberries and skim milk and is approximately 135 calories (16 grams of protein with less than 1 gram of fat).

All classes are held in PHAT Weight Loss' in-home studio in the Eastbridge area of Waterloo.  With a multitude of various equipment, you'll never get bored of your workouts or experience a plateau in your resistance training.

NEW Small Group YOGA 

Let Tracey Despres, a fully certified Yoga Instructor, melt away any remaining stress and anxiety from your busy day.

Sessions will be held once weekly in the comfort and privacy of PHAT's in-home studio in the Eastbridge area of Waterloo. 

Starting Sept. 16 and continuing until Dec. 23, classes will meet on Thursday evenings from 7-8 p.m.. 
There will be 13 classes in total (no classes Dec. 2 and 9) or a total cost of $260 (+tax).

To ensure a centred and peaceful environment is maintained,  classes will be capped at 8 participants.  

Participants can also enjoy some "take away tea" for the ride home,  PHAT's treat to help you savour the relaxation for as long as you can.

"End Of Summer" Fitness Classes

Due to popular demand, PHAT Weight Loss is offering 5 "End of Summer" Fitness Classes before the new Fall Schedule begins the week of September 13. 

If you've always wanted the opportunity to try out these classes without making the full committment, now's the time to try them. 

These extra classes will be held on the following dates:
Wednesday, Aug. 25
Monday, Aug. 30
Wednesday, Sept. 1
Monday, Sept. 6
Wednesday, Sept. 8

Classes are from 7-8 p.m. in the comfort and privacy of PHAT's in-home, air-conditioned, smoke-free studio. 

Classes are a Ladies Only, Small-Group Resistance Training with a large variety of equipment to use. 

Join all 5 classes for $18.50 each (+ HST) or commit to 4 or less for only $20 each (+ HST).

Add PHAT's delicious "Strawberry-Banana Protein Smoothie" for only $2.50 more per class.
