PHAT Weight Loss and Personal Training is dedicated to helping people lose weight and exercise. There are no magic pills, pre-packaged foods or strict formulas to follow. You will come to know all about the foods you are eating and how your body uses them. You will want to continue to eat well because you can see the positive changes in your body and know that they are a direct result of your efforts.

Small group personal training with weights accommodates both Beginners and Advanced individuals alike with late afternoon and evening class times to suit everyone's schedules. (see the schedule of classes at the bottom of the "Classes" page).
All Classes are 2-8 participants in size and are held in PHAT's in-home studio in the Eastbridge area of Waterloo.
NOW THAT'S SMALL GROUP TRAINING !!!
Here is a summary of the days and times the various classes are being offered...
1. 50+ Strength Training Workout - M,W 5:30-6:30 p.m., Fri 5:00-6:00 p.m.
2. Under 50 Strength Training Workout - M,W 7:00-8:00 p.m.
All Classes are $20 (+HST) each. Count up your classes and purchase as many or as few as you wish. Best results are achieved with a minimum of 2 workouts per week. All classes must have a minmum of 2 participants to run. Workout once, twice or three times every week, from Apr. 3 to Jun. 26 with various days and times to choose from (go to the bottom of the "Classes" page to see schedule).
All classes are held in the Eastbridge area of Waterloo (near Bridge and Northfield).
