  PHAT Weight Loss and Personal Training is dedicated to helping people lose weight and exercise. There are no magic pills, pre-packaged foods or strict formulas to follow. You will come to know all about the foods you are eating and how your body uses them. You will want to continue to eat well because you can see the positive changes in your body and know that they are a direct result of your efforts.




Yes, it will take some work on your part. I can't do it for you. You have to want to lose your excess weight and start a better life for yourself. With your will and my help, your weight loss is virtually guaranteed.

Spring Classes
RESISTANCE TRAINING, SMALL GROUP, PERSONAL TRAINING


Spring has sprung and it's time to commit to your fitness to prepare for those beautiful summer days ahead.

Small group personal training with weights accommodates both Beginners and Advanced individuals alike with afternoon and evening class times to suit everyone's schedules.
(see the schedule of classes from April to June on the Classes page).

All Classes are 3-8 participants in size and are held in PHAT's in-home studio in the Eastbridge area of Waterloo.
NOW THAT'S SMALL GROUP TRAINING !!!

Here's a summary of the days and times the various classes are being offered...

1. Lunchtime Workout (Mom & Babies, Seniors Welcome and Working Women Welcome) - M,W,F 12:00-1:00 p.m.

2. Early Workout - Women Only - M,W,F 5:30-6:30 p.m.

3. Late Workout - Women Only - M,W 7:00-8:00 p.m.



All Classes are $19 (+HST) each. So count up your classes and purchase as many or as few as you wish. Best results are achieved with a minimum of 2 workouts per week. All classes must have a minimum of 3 participants to run. Workout once, twice or three times every week, from April 2 until June 27 with various days and times to choose from (go to the Classes page to see schedule).


All classes are held in the Eastbridge area of Waterloo (near Bridge and Northfield).
