PHAT Weight Loss and Personal Training is dedicated to helping people lose weight and exercise.  There are no magic pills, pre-packaged foods or strict formulas to follow.  You will come to know all about the foods you are eating and how your body handles them.  You will want to continue to eat well because you can see the positive changes in your body and know that they are a direct result of your efforts.  

Yes, it will take some work on your part.  I can't do it for you.  You have to want to lose your excess weight and start a better life for yourself.  With your will and my help, your weight loss is virtually guaranteed.

Make your personal commitment to a healthy workout regime and nutritional plan for the New Year today.  Become a member of a small group of people supporting each other in their fitness goals.  Exercises are modified to suit everyone's level of fitness.... from beginner to advanced.  "No one leaves with a dry shirt."  Work hard, have a lot of fun, and learn all you need to know to lose weight successfully. 

 

·         Starting Jan. 11 until  Mar. 1

·         Monday evenings, 7-8 p.m.

·         Indoors at RIM Park, Room #208

·         All equipment provided, just bring good shoes and water

·         $190 (includes FREE PHAT Weight Loss Stainless Steel Water Bottle and 3 Phase Diet Deck for weight loss and/or proper nutrition) (GST extra)

·         Small Classes (10-12 max.)
